How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop or a Category, pick a service, and fill in the customisation options on the product page - things like your server name, colour choices, or a reference upload depending on what the service needs. You will need to sign in with Discord before checkout, then pay securely through PayPal. You will get an order reference straight away and an email confirmation.
Do I need to sign in with Discord to order?
Yes - every order requires a verified Discord sign-in before checkout. This is what lets us confirm it is really you, keep your order updates accurate, and reach you on Discord if we need anything while working on your design.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the service and how busy the queue is, but most logo and banner orders are completed within a few days. You can track live progress any time on the Track Order page using your order reference - it moves through Pending, Accepted, In Progress, and Completed, with notes along the way.
Do I own the rights to my design once it is delivered?
Yes - once your order is paid and completed, the final design is yours to use for your server or community. Source/portfolio use by OttersDesigns (e.g. showcasing it here) may still apply unless otherwise agreed - see the Terms of Service for the full details.
How many revisions do I get?
Most services include a round of revisions as part of the price. If a design needs changes, just let us know through your order - we will move the order to Revision status and work from there. Extensive scope changes beyond the original brief may carry an extra cost, which we will always confirm with you first.
What file formats will I receive?
This depends on the service - typically PNG and/or a source file (PSD, AI, or similar) for logos and banners, and platform-appropriate formats for other graphic types. If you need a specific format for your framework or platform, mention it in the order notes and we will do our best to include it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled securely through PayPal at checkout. You do not need a PayPal account yourself - PayPal also supports paying by card as a guest.
What is your refund policy?
Refund and cancellation terms are outlined in full on the Order & Refund Policy page, linked in the footer of every page. As a general rule, work already completed is non-refundable, but we always try to sort out any issues with revisions first.
Can I see examples of your work before ordering?
Absolutely - check out the Portfolio page for recent logos, banners, and other work across FiveM, Rust, Minecraft and more. You can filter by category and search to find examples close to the style you are after.
Can I request something custom that is not listed in the shop?
Yes - message us on Discord (the Contact link in the nav takes you straight there) to discuss custom requests. If it is something we can offer as a standard service going forward, we will often add it to the shop too.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page and enter the order reference you were given at checkout (e.g. OD-20260702-0001). You will see the current status and a full history of updates. If you signed in with Discord, you may also get updates there.
Do you offer discounts for new customers?
Keep an eye out for the promo banner and popup on the site - first-time customer codes and seasonal offers show up there when active.
