When you order a service, you will fill in a customisation form specific to that product, sign in with Discord to verify your identity, and pay through PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, your order is queued and you will receive an order reference to track progress at any time.
All prices shown are inclusive of any optional extras you select at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the final price - no hidden fees are added afterward, aside from any coupon discount already reflected in your total.
Turnaround varies by service and current order volume. Typical timeframes are noted on the product page where relevant. You can track live status - Pending, Accepted, In Progress, Revision, Completed - on the Track Order page at any time using your order reference.
Most services include a reasonable round of revisions within the original brief you provided at checkout. If something needs adjusting, get in touch via your order or our Discord and we will move your order to Revision status. Requests that go significantly beyond the original brief (a different concept entirely, extra deliverables, etc.) may be quoted as additional work, and we will always confirm any extra cost with you before proceeding.
Finished work is delivered digitally - typically via Discord and/or a download link tied to your order, depending on the service. Delivery formats vary by service; check the product description or ask beforehand if you need a specific file type for your platform.
You may request to cancel an order before work has begun, in which case a full refund will be issued. Once design work has started, cancellation may only be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work already completed, at our discretion.
Because our services are custom digital work carried out specifically for you, refunds are handled differently to off-the-shelf digital products:
By purchasing custom digital design work and requesting delivery/access, you acknowledge that your statutory right to a cooling-off period for digital content may not apply once work has begun at your request - see Terms of Service for more detail.
Orders require signing in with Discord to check out. This verifies your identity for order communication and helps prevent abuse of discount codes. If you are unable to sign in with Discord, get in touch before ordering so we can help.
